The Chef’s Story

​From the Chicagoland area came Chef Cordale. Chef Cordale is a private chef that trained in Iowa where he learned the art of Bistro and Farm-to-Table cooking. He took this talent back to the heart of Chicago where he began his career in fine-dining. He was able to soon after expand his horizon, solidifying his place in the food industry and start a small business in 2020.  Chef Flyy’ Guy specializes in chef services throughout several states. He offers versatile services that range from in-house catering to celebratory events such as coming home parties or even congratulations on a new job. Chef Cordale prioritizes remaining authentic in his craft, creating classic cuisines, and offering top quality hospitality to his clients.
